Full-length hinges and door-mounted automotive-grade seals, on the door and not the frame, keep bulldust out on corrugations. The whole canopy is pressure-equalised through a valved vent.

Slotted internal and external roof rails take M8 bolts anywhere along their length. Rooftop tent, solar, spare wheel: the tested rooftop capacity is 2,500 kg static.

Both sides and the rear open at once, so the whole tub is in reach instead of the first arm’s length of it. Toughened front and rear glass, large pressure-lever locks on UV-stabilised rubbers, and gas struts that hold a door open one-handed with gloves on.

Cupboards, drawers, tables and ammo box systems slot in and out of the subframe in seconds. No drilling, no permanent brackets. Fit it out now or years from now; the mounting is already there.

The canopy clamps to the tub rather than bolting through it, so nothing is cut and nothing is drilled. Pre-cut wiring holes take your 12V through without a hacksaw, and a custom suspension base rubber absorbs chassis flex instead of passing it into the frame.
Every canopy is built to the exact body lines of your generation and cab. No Australian fitment centre is open yet. Fitting in Adelaide is arranged once the container clears customs, in the order the list was joined, and we email the details before ordering opens.
Fits Ranger T6 1st Gen (2012–2022) and Next-Gen (2023–current), in single, extended and double cab.
Every canopy in the first container is built to one specification. This is what yours carries.
Founding container
No demo unit, no pre-production sample. These are the frames from the factory floor the morning your container was crated: welded aluminium, black powder coat, both gullwings and the rear door on gas struts, and a roof rated to carry your whole setup. It turns up ready to work.

Ribbed roof, sealed hinge, load light

Powder coat you can feel through a glove
Nothing on this canopy is a dead end. The subframe already carries the mounting for every drawer, cupboard, table and ammo box we build, so the kit landing in the containers behind this one bolts straight in with no drilling and no bracket kit. Thermal insulation, tinted rear glass, security mesh and fitted LED lighting follow the same way. Buy the canopy once, and build the rig around the trip you are planning, a drawer at a time.

We come back to you with your fitment and your build, and answer anything the page did not.
The list is honoured in the order it was joined, so you are ahead of the queue when ordering opens.
The first container is due in November 2026. We email the fitting details before ordering opens.
The first container lands in Adelaide and carries 15 canopies. Tell us what you drive and where you are, and we will email you the moment yours can be ordered.

A sealed crate rides in the first container beside the canopies. When it clears Adelaide, one name from the waitlist is drawn and the crate goes home with their canopy. Could be one thing, could be a few. Could be from our own container, could be from a brand we rate. Two people in Johannesburg know, and they are not telling.
Every name on the waitlist is in the draw. Nothing to buy. Full terms published before the draw.
A place on the list, in the order it was joined, and an email the moment your Ranger canopy can be ordered. Nothing is owed while you are on the list. The full price is published on this page and the ordering terms are published when ordering opens.
Reply to any email from us and we take you off the list. Nothing has been taken, so there is nothing to give back.
Then the date on this page moves and we email everyone on the list the new one. The date shown is the buffered date the shipping calendar gives, not the optimistic one.
No Australian fitment centre is open yet. Fitting is arranged in Adelaide after the container clears customs, in the order the list was joined, and we email the details before ordering opens.
The canopy, its subframe, both gullwing doors and the rear door, toughened glass, continuous dustproof hinges, external roof rails and internal roof bars, pre-cut wiring holes and the no-drill clamp fitment. The first container is one specification; insulation, tinted glass, mesh and LED follow in later containers.
Because it was built for roads like the ones you are planning: long, hot, corrugated and a long way from help. Bushtech has built canopies at its own factory in Johannesburg since 2014, on twenty-five years in the trade, and we take them on our own trips through Botswana, the Kalahari and the Karoo. Australia is a new market for us. The canopy is not.
