What a pre-order is
A pre-order is an order for a canopy that is not in stock yet. It is built for the next container into Australia and shipped when that container lands.
These terms apply alongside the Terms of sale, Delivery and fitment, and Returns and cancellations policies. Where they differ, these pre-order terms win.
What you pay, and when
You pay the full price when you place the pre-order. It is an advance payment. The price is the one shown on the product page and includes inc GST. Nothing further is owed at dispatch.
When it ships
The product page states the month your canopy is expected to be dispatched. That month is the container schedule we hold, with a margin, and never a guess. We email you the moment it ships.
If the container is delayed we tell you as soon as we know, with the new month, and you may cancel for a full refund at that point or at any time before dispatch.
Cancelling
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch. Everything you have paid is refunded in full to the payment method you used. There is no cancellation fee.
Once your canopy has been delivered, the Returns and cancellations policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as they do to any order.
Checked out on its own
Pre-order items are checked out on their own. They cannot be combined with in-stock products in the same order, so that what we say about dispatch stays true for everything in it.
