Returning an item

An undamaged item may be returned within fourteen days of the date of invoice. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in the condition it was sold in, with proof of purchase.

A 20% handling fee is charged on a return accepted under this section, and the refund is the price paid less that fee, to the payment method you used.

Tell us before you send anything back: contact us with the invoice number and we will confirm where it goes and how.

What cannot be returned

A change of mind is not a reason for credit. Items specially ordered or manufactured for you, including a canopy built to your ute and cab, cannot be returned. Electrical parts and accessories, and clearance or discounted items, cannot be returned.

A canopy that has been fitted to a vehicle has been handled, sealed and adjusted to that vehicle and is not returnable as unused stock.

Freight and risk on a return

Return freight is paid by you unless the item is found to be faulty. Goods travelling back to us are at your risk until we sign for them; pack them as they came.

Where an item is found not to be faulty on inspection, it is returned to you at your cost.

Faulty or not as described

A faulty item is collected or its return freight refunded, and it is repaired, replaced or refunded as the law provides. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; for a failure that is not major you are entitled to have it put right in a reasonable time.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and where this page and the law differ, the law applies.

Cancelling an order

A pre-order can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund of everything paid, whether that was a deposit or the full price. Once it has been dispatched, the sections above apply.
