Who these terms are between
An order on this site is a contract between you and Bushtech, made under the law of Australia. We manufacture at our own factory in Johannesburg, South Africa, and these terms apply alongside the delivery, returns and warranty policies linked below, never instead of them.
Prices and payment
Every price is in Australian dollars and includes GST at 10%. Your invoice shows the GST it contains.
The price you pay is the catalogue price at the moment you check out. Checkout re-checks every line against the catalogue before taking payment, and if anything no longer matches it refuses and shows you the current price rather than charging you something you did not agree to.
A pre-order is paid in full when you place it. That payment secures your build position; nothing further is owed at delivery.
Your order, and when it is accepted
Your order stands when we issue an order number and the matching numbered invoice or pro-forma. Until then nothing has been sold, and if we cannot accept an order for any reason we say so and any money paid comes straight back.
A pricing or listing error we catch before acceptance is corrected, not honoured silently and not charged silently. We contact you with the corrected position and you choose whether to proceed.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
How and when we deliver and fit is set out in the Delivery and fitment policy. Cancellation and returns, including your cooling-off position, are set out in Returns and cancellations. Both are part of these terms.
Warranty and your statutory rights
The warranty position is set out in Warranty and servicing. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and where these terms and the ACL differ, the ACL wins.
What we will not do
We will not vary a price after you have paid it, add a fee at the door, or hold you to a lead time we knew we could not meet. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will put it right on whichever reading is better for you.
