Frequently asked
What does the warranty actually cover?
Five years on the frame, transferable to the next owner of the vehicle. It covers the structure and the welds. Seals, gas struts, locks and hinges are wear items covered for two years. Damage from a collision, a rollover or a load beyond the rated capacity is not covered.
How much can the roof carry?
The roof is tested to 2,500kg. That is a published static test figure from the manufacturer and the test condition is not stated as dynamic — so treat it as a strength claim about the structure, not a licence to load 2,500kg and drive. Load within your vehicle’s own GVM and roof rating, which will always be the lower number.
Will it fit my ute?
Use the Ute Builder — it only offers combinations that exist. If your platform is not listed, we either do not build for it or do not yet sell it in Australia.
Does fitting damage the ute?
No. The canopy clamps to the tub and the factory tie-down points. There is no cutting and no drilling into the chassis, and it can be removed without trace — which matters at trade-in and matters to your lease.
Can I take it off myself?
Yes, with two people and roughly half an hour. We would rather you did not do it alone: a double-cab canopy is around 65kg and it is awkward before it is heavy.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Reservations are filled in the order they are taken, and the schedule for the next container is shown on the pre-order page as it stands today. Full terms are on the pre-order page, including your right to a full refund if the container has not landed by 31 December 2026.
Can I return it?
What you have paid is fully refundable until your canopy ships. After fitment, returns are handled under the Australian Consumer Law — you have a right to a repair, replacement or refund where there is a major failure, and nothing in our terms reduces that.
Do you ship without fitting?
Yes — supply-only is the price shown throughout the site. Freight is quoted separately because a canopy is a freight item, not a parcel, and the number depends on where it is going.
Still stuck?
Send us the vehicle, the year and what you are trying to do with it. That is usually enough for us to answer in one reply rather than four.
