What each choice does

Send me what you hold
Your record as a PDF and as a file, ready to download for 24 hours: your details, your orders, quotes and documents, your place on any list, your consents and the emails we have sent you. A person then checks it against our other systems and confirms within 30 days.
Stop marketing email
Takes effect the moment you choose it. Emails about an order, a quote, a fitting or this request still arrive, because they are the record of what you asked us to do.
Delete what you hold about me
Section 24 of POPIA lets you ask us to delete what we no longer need or should not hold. Your name, contact details, vehicle, notes and marketing history go within 30 days, usually inside a week. A tax invoice is kept for five years because the law requires it, and the record of a canopy you bought is kept so its warranty can be honoured, with your name removed where they allow it.
